Is my information safe during transport?
Yes. Documents are collected in secure lockable bins, which are sealed with unique serial number security tags prior to leaving your premises with a strict chain-of-custody protocol. Our vehicles are GPS-tracked, and destruction takes place under camera surveillance at our licensed facility.
How soon will my documents be shredded after collection?
We aim to shred all off-site materials within 48 hours of collection, however shred times may vary due to operational schedules. A video confirmation can be sent upon request.
Do I need to remove files, plastics, or binders before shredding?
Not at all. Our team will load your documents as is in the bins and pre-sorting will take place at our premises under CCTV surveillance. Should you wish to optimise your bin capacity you are more than welcome to pre-sort your documents before our team collects.
What vehicle is used for collections?
For collections of 9 bins or less we make use of a smaller vehicle that has been modified for our business operations, making it ideal for customers who are spaced constrained.
Should collections exceed 9 bins, operational space will be considered and a larger vehicle will be deployed should the customers site be conducive.
