We require a clear, unobstructed area—approximately 12 metres in length and 6 metres in width—for safe operation. If access is limited, please speak with our team to explore alternatives.  Can I witness the destruction of my documents?  Yes. With our on-site shredding service, you’re welcome to witness the process firsthand for added peace of mind. CCTV footage of the shredding is also available on request.  Do I need to remove files, plastics, or binders before shredding? Not at all. Our on-site team will pre-sort your documents for you, making the process stress and hassle free. Should you wish to pre-sort yourself prior to your shredding service we are happy to drop our secure lockable bins for your team to use. A bin drop-off fee will be determined based on your location and your welcome to keep the bins for 5 working days free or charge, any additional days will be charged at a rental rate of R20 per bin per day.  How long does it take to shred documents? Our mobile units can shred up to 4 tons of paper per day under ideal conditions. Do you need to plug into our power? Absolutely not, otherwise you might as well be shredding yourselves.
